Cancellations

24 hours’ notice required for salon appointments
(50% charge if missed or late cancellation)

48 hours’ notice required for on-site bookings
(100% charge if missed or late cancellation)

No-shows are charged in full

Deposits

Salon appointments — $100

On-site bookings — 50% deposit
Balance due 7 days prior

Hair extensions — $300 consultation deposit
Applied to consultation and installation

Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice required

Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation
Deposit is forfeited

Maximum two reschedules per booking
New deposit required thereafter

Hair Extensions

Consultation required for new clients

Two appointments required: consultation + installation

Installation must be scheduled at least 72 hours after consultation

Arrive with clean, dry, clarified hair
Unprepared hair will incur a $150 fee

Timing

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be refused

Schedule Changes

Due to ongoing work across film and talent, schedule adjustments may occasionally occur

Deposits are not affected
